Where are you located?
Our validators / collators (and backups) are distributed in data centers across Europe and North America. Our validator maintenance, monitoring, and repair is performed primarily by our operations team in Los Angeles.
How do you assure reliability / security?
All of our validators / collators run on latest bare metal dedicated servers in the top quality data centers in the world. We have a 24/7 monitoring and alert system in place, and hot backups running in separate data centers in the unlikely event a fail over is needed.
